Hey, Thanks for the help ! I started from a fresh git clone, it compiled fine using the regular autotools. Again from fresh git clone, cmake works fine. It seems the bug is produced by _ mixing autotools and cmake _using a virtual box shared folder filesystem
So anybody using virtualbox shared file system must be careful (performance hit is about 2 time also).
