Hi, ArcGIS offers "Coded Value Domains" (short: "coded domain") to specify a valid set of values (code+description) for an attribute [1].
Any clues on how to access this information using ogr2ogr, i.e. how to export this to a separate table when converting e.g. from a ESRI File Geodatabase (OpenFileGDB, .gdb directories) to Spatialite or GeoPackage?
