They aren't yet in the version that was imported. I'm moderately enthusiastic about redoing a new sync with latest EPSG database for just 3 codes, unless there's a strong demand from the community. You can workaround by manually adding in epsg.wkt the WKT definitions (old-style) of the PCS you're interested into.
