Using GDAL 3.0 in C++, how do I read pixel values from a raster band? Essentially, I am looking for something akin to GetValue(int X, intY) Unfortunately, with the documentation pages down, https://gdal.org/classGDALRasterBand.html, I haven't been able to make much headway on this.
