You can safely remove that sentence about buildbot. The C# bindings are
tested in some config(s) of our current CI, but I don't see the point of
mentioning that

This link does not work. Neither does any port on that server that I
can think of.
I am more than willing to create a PR to fix this but I have no idea
what the correct version should be.
