No, closing a file doesn't delete it, even on /vsimem/
Calling VSIUnlink is not loosing the access to the data in poRawDS,
before it can be used?
Not if there's at least one file descriptor still open on it, which is
the case since poRawDS keeps a file descriptor open until it is
destroyed. This is following POSIX semantics.
