For my henkeli (keep in mind I have not bred this species) I supplement
lightly at every feeding.  I feed every 1-3 days, if I was breeding them, I
would increase the calcium supplementation and feed consistently every 1-2
days.  I think for most geckoes it is important to throw in a day or two with
no food.  The photoperiod sounds fine.  A portion of my cage receives
filtered sunlight for about an hour each day and they seem to slowly make
their way towards the light, and bask in it.

I don't keep leachianus but feeding them pinkies too often cannot be good.
They could easily lead to fatty livers and obese animals.  You should try
other insects, like roaches, locust, large moths, or silkworms.  These are
all big bugs.  I would imagine that small geckoes would be better than baby
mice because they certainly consume small geckoes occasionally, but parasitic
contaimination is a risk.   You also should offer some berries such as blue,
raspberry, or blackberry.  I hear they love them.
