Hey Cathy,
I agree with Cyndy, one week without food won't do harm to the leo gecko,
I've done that when i had to go away for a week, I just fed my leos a couple
of pinkies before i left, and made sure there was a good enough water supply
in their enclosure. I haven't seen anything negative come out of it.
