I'm confused by this -- on the one hand you say you "prefer to do
password based access", implying to me that a developer would need a
password on your server.  On the other hand, you say "using ssh-agent
you will only have to type your password once", implying to me that
you would prefer to use ssh-agent, which carefully, cryptographically
safely, passes private keys around, which makes me think you prefer
ssh keys.

What did I miss?
