If "print all schematics" has a place in any GUI, it is probably
something which should live in the project manager application. That is
(or will be) a GUI based "make" system.

Other than that, gschem could use some improvements to its printing
output options. I'm not sure that hierarchy traversal is one that would
fit naturally though.
