You can configure gschem to use the PDF printer of your desktop 
environment (kprinter with KDE or CUPS-PDF-Printer with gnome). 
Alternatively you can print to postscript and convert to PDF with the 
utiliy ps2pdf.

There is currently no integrated way to print all files of a project. 
However, some users use makefiles for this purpose. See the recent 
postings of John Doty in the thread "Making window binaries available".
