If you know of any earlier package inclusion deadlines for _other_
popular distributions, please let us know. It really doesn't matter to
me when we're targeting a release for, so long as it is early enough to
sync up with that of <various popular distros>.

AIUI, the release schedules are all pretty similar for those distros
which sync to upstream releases of GNOME and GTK.
