Yup. I added the .fp for the web server, we haven't fully migrated to
it yet. I think some of the tools will look for "foo" and "foo.fp" if
you don't specify .fp though.
the gsch2pcb in the last snapshot will look for "foo.fp" if it can't
find "foo" so you can consider the ".fp" as being optional. But this
behaviour is new as of a month or two ago.
