2) Only whitespace and comment blocks (i.e. copyright blocks) should
change. I fixed whitespace issues in the tree (leading tabs and
trailing spaces), so there are differences there. The -b option in
diff is your firend.
Didn't we do that when we generated this repository? How'd that
stuff sneak back in? Are we checking more files now? Also, I'm going to
have very little M5 time in the next week, and probably the week after,
so I don't think I'll be able to hammer on the new repository until
then. If somebody's already doing that sort of thing and wouldn't mind
looking at x86 (and/or SPARC) too I'd appreciate it. If not I think it
should already at least be pretty close.
