I won't blame anyone, but it's because someone made commits without
following the current process.

What are you thinking of?  It's not likely that any of us can
effectively test x86.  For you, it should just be a simple matter of
cloning the new repo, copying your .hg/patches directory over.
deleting .hg/patches/status in the new location, hg qpush and compile.
