I hit a functionalRead failure in the Network src/mem/ruby/network/Network.hh::functionalRead(). It was called from RubySystem::functionalRead(), in which the last functionalRead check is the network's one when all the previous checks on other components fail. I noticed functionalRead is not implemented in Garnet since v19. But I remember it was implemented in previous versions.
