Just to let you know, there will be a Linux support booth at the expo fair
tomorrow, and LSU now offers a Linux START class for students (Linux has
always been part of the technical track, but now it has its own class).  LSU
also offers Firefox, Thunderbird, Open Office, and Red Hat on tigerware.
I agree with you 100% about free speech alley, if the religious nuts can be
out there, I think the FOSS nuts should be able to also.
