Not yet. I'd rather get my way than embarrass people. The situation may be more embarrassing than could have imagined and I want time to investigate fully.
It may be that LSU's agreement with Microsoft limits software distribution by students at LSU. Michell Lowery, Dean of Students and Assistand Director of the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement wants to know exactly what I'm going to distribute so she can check it with people at the business office for compliance with M$ agreements! That I have to ask to begin with is a scandal on it's own but a poorly explained refusal would be really bad. It will take me a while to bounce this around and get everything straight but my original opinion stands: Commercial interests own LSU.
