http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en\ this link goes to a little microsoft utility that will convert ...x files to office 2003 format. Works 100% of the time I've used it, but I have no idea if it works under wine (if that is what you mean to do). Then you should be able to open them in OOo. Michael Dolan
