I am building a server that hosts multiple services, one of which is near
real time (HD video on demand). The server is a dell 2950 with a dual port
intel nic in it. I'd like to have one port set up for vod, and the other
set up for all of the other services. both ports need to be set up to be on
the same subnet. Is there a way to ensure that data sent to the ip on port
one returns from the same port?

currently, i am getting a lot of crossover, ie, i make a request for vod on
eth3, and it gets returned through eth2...

does this make any sense? any suggestions?
