That site is not produced by Avalon-tigris ... yet. The avalon-tigris skin was
rewritten from scratch to be simpeler to understand by xslt weenies (like me)
who are pro css ;)

Fixed the tigris skin to pass this.

Some of these are subjective such as
* Is there a clear, consistent navigation structure?
* Make sure that all link phrases make sense when read out of context.
* Use the simplest and most straightforward language that is possible.

And thus can not be tested against in an independent way - it also usually
directly relates to the content and not the style.

The things that it actually fails are;

1. If there is a search feature, are there different types of searches for
different skill levels and preferences?
2. Do you allow users to customize their experience of the web page?
3. Consider adding keyboard shortcuts to frequently used links.
4. Identify the language of the text.

(1) can be fixed but isn't because out site is not yet indexed. I don't plan
on fixing the others though ;)
