No it's not ideal, because it needs a basic understanding of the wiki as a
tool in itself. Google search will do it, too.

I don't have the knowledge to write a specialized search app sitting on top
of MoinMoin. I don't believe that would be successful anyway, whoever did
it. It's hard to improve on Google for a usable search engine, and we don't
need yet-another poor one. All I've done is what's easy: to press the
existing tried-and-tested tools into service.

No, that wasn't a search-box on the CategoryTerms page. I only put it there
as a convenience (mainly mine). Clearly it's confusing people, so I've
removed it.
