Almost right. Gump takes the id attribute on the <jar element to determine
the artifactId. If there isn't one, it taeks the jar anme and tries to turn
(say) [lib/]x[-@@DATE@@][.jar] into 'x' by removing (1) path (2) date (3)
extension, as needed.
