Infra doesn't want emails with requests. They want JIRA issues for better tracking of progress et al. Make a list what the issue must contain, for instance; * Proper title according to some template. * URL to VOTE SUMMARY, * Name of Mentor * Incubator General and/or PMC mailing list as a subscriber, so that someone can step in and hit the breaks if it wrong. * List of Resources. and whatever else the Infra people like to see...
