Missing punctuation, perhaps. "Ask infrastructure to create source repository modules. Grant the committers karma." Would be better as separate steps. These documents explain that chairs do the second step: http://incubator.apache.org/guides/mentor.html#Set+Up+Repository Those "item" notes in the project's Status file should link directly to the relevant sections of the Guides documents.
