This is total nonsense.
You would -1 the project just because me and Nick expressed
the desire to help and participate? Really, the true ASF way :(
Help and participate? Of course not. But past experience shows
way too clearly that too many Mentors is Not A Good Thing. Not being
a mentor in no way shape or form prevents anyone from helping
and participating, which should be most clear to anyone who's
asking to be a mentor.
