There's a lot of inconsistency in the various podling web-sites. Seems to me that they should all clearly mention Apache and the Incubator, and should include the Apache Feather, together with clears links to the Incubator and ASF foundation sites.
Likewise, and download pages should use the mirror system, and should include links to the KEYS file, as well as explaining how to use sigs and hashes.
