I've updated the status page with the info provided by Alejandro.

Alejandro, of the concerns brought up by Bertrand you didn't address the one 
about leaving an Apache member on the PMC.  You should probably discuss that 
with the rest of the Oozie community to see what they want to do.  I'm happy to 
stay on the PMC if the community is interested.

I'll let ones wiser than I in the ways of the incubator answer whether you need 
a new vote, except that if you add a new PMC member from amongst the mentors it 
definitely seems you'll need to restart the vote.
