Dave/Vinayak,

My understanding is that the ODC-BY license only needs to be run by ASF
legal if there is a concern about it, I've read the license when voting on
this and AFAICT its fine (and the package is not being modified so it could
be cat A or B), and its not listed as an excluded license at:
http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x. Are there any
particular clauses in the license that you have a concern about?

Vinayak, the release does not need to be redone yet. If it really looks
like this will hold up getting another vote raise a ASF legal JIRA (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL) asking to confirm that ODC-BY
is ok.
