That's actually why I raised my question.  I had assumed the board would
have flagged Sirona as not having a complete report and expected it again
next month, yet I saw nothing mentioned in the board report (probably
because there was a high volume of missing reports, this one skirted by?)
about Sirona's not being accepted.

And that's where I'm struggling a bit with Sirona.  Olivier's the active
guy on the project, PPMC and Mentor.  OpenHub and GitHub agree

You can even see in Olivier's email to the dev alias that he considered the
report to be incomplete (only started).
