Yes, I also think johnzon is really ready to graduate. Project is really doing 
fine imo.

And another yes, it was the intention to give other IPMC members a chance to 
review the the release and cast their -1 if they find something wrong.
The project has quite a few PPMC members which are also IPMC, so if I counted 
correctly we already have the 3 IPMC +1, right? (Dan, Romain, me)
