Hi, -1 binding as there were several issue raised with the last release and they have not been fixed. This include missing licenses from LICENSE / NOTICE issues and one file which the license is unclear. [1]
I )checked: - signatures all good - name contains incubating - DISCLAIMER exists - LICENSE is still missing a few things (same issues as previous release) - NOTICE year is wrong and contains far too much text. There is not need to mention any permissive MIT licenses here.
