Just noticed that the download page links to https://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/pulsar/
for current sigs and hashes. It should use the following for current releases: https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/pulsar/ The host archive.apache.org is only for archived releases. [Also the page includes SHA1 links; these have since been deprecated and could just be dropped] The link to the KEYS file is correct.
