Julian, I'm currently working through the details of releasing the code with our legal department. Clearly this has taken longer than I anticipated, given that we had fundamental agreement to release before I started the process. Who knew? ;)
I'll post to the list a link to the latest set of code when I have it available. Until then, I'm happy to discuss your use-case and see how it fits into the project vision.
