During 2020-11~2020-12, we held source code sharing events. Many source code enthusiasts are very interested and actively participate in the discussion. They are also very willing to participate in open source contributions, but most of them have little experience in open source. So, we created GitHub issues to allow volunteers to participate in the community. And instructed them how to fork from GitHub and make a pull request. We cannot say that some of them will must be involved in the project in the future. But we could expect that some of them will participate more in the project after they are familiar with the process. Moreover, they can continue to contribute to the entire open source community if they are interested in the future. These are what we want and what we do. Finally, we are actively operating the community, and we will increase community activity continuously. That is why our primary interest is in the excellent community provided by Apache Software Foundation, in which all the projects could gain stability for long-term development.
