Checked 1. Compiling `cargo build` from source codes 2. Version correct 3. License and Notice exist for source codes. 4. No License and Notice for binary. So far, I skip the check only due to DISCLAIMER exists. This should be verified before the graduation preparation.
Before the vote, I want to ask - What is the relationship between rust source release and source codes in bindings? The default compiling seems don't compile all these bindings, are all these part of the release? I have checked Java binding, the version is locked to 0.37.0 as well.
