As the subject implies: surely announcements of Incubator releases should include a prominent Incubation disclaimer?
There have been some recent ones without: OpenDAL Wayang Devlake Paimon Pekko The releases are tagged with Incubating, but that is unlikely to mean much to 3rd parties.
