Please note that retired podlings must never be part of the Attic. The attic is for projects that were TLPs.
Retired podlings can move to other places depending on the original contributions. For websites that can mean any number of actions, but it must never be confused with former TLPs that are in the Attic. It takes a Board Resolution to discontinue a PMC and move responsibility to the Attic. Retired podlings are projects that will never become ASF projects. They are not former ASF projects. IMO It is intentional that retirement of a podling’s website is unclear.
