The Terraform CLI can help you to write your IaC, but sometimes you need more than just the CLI, you need to get Terraform Enterprise/Cloud to handle your infrastructure using different organization, teams, policies, handle a private registry to manage modules or providers, execute terraform remotely, have a UI to check your infrastructure and other features.
