Hi, Track B is in tools/ai-tutor/, so the module now runs from 1 to 8:
1. What the Incubator is 2. The Apache Way in practice 3. Working in public 4. From proposal to podling 5. Getting set up with Infra 6. How decisions get made: lazy consensus, votes, vetoes 7. Growing committers and the PPMC 8. Writing a report the IPMC can use Same format as before, paste into any capable chat model, about half an hour each. Track A is 1 to 3 and is the prerequisite, the rest can be taken in any order. I’m also working on building a skill from the same files, so /incubator-lesson list and /incubator-lesson 6 will work.
