to use RHEL you have to get a yearly subscription from
redhat, cheapest is 350$ per year. the price varies
with the support coverage (24/7 or working hours
only).

once you get a subscrition you get access to the isos
to download, and i think they ship the whole thing
with documentation later on.

fyi you can always use/try out centos, www.centos.org/
, which is an RHEL clone. they simply take all the
redhat sources and rebuild them without the redhat
logos.

to buy RHEL locally i know savy-tek is a reseller for
redhat. these are the same guys that we had the lug
meetings over there, the training center i forgot
their name.
