I added the missing NB. to the first and third lines below. The source 
should be corrected.

NB. 'dd/mm/yyyy' in the following line is locale specific
if. 2=#y do. y=. y, <'dd/mm/yyyy' end. NB. default date format
NB. change it to 'mm/dd/yyyy' for US, or other value for your own locale
