Agreed.  The phrase "never fight a land war in Asia" comes to mind.  If 
there was a logical, sane, reasonable explanation, we would have heard it 
by now.  Boggles my mind how some people think that 'cutting & running' is 
worse than 'staying & dying/losing'.  I guess as long as its not their 
relatives that are being killed, its fine to stay there indefinitely just 
so that Bush doesn't lose face.
