Hi Bob! I was up your way just yesterday (Crater Junction, OR), and thought of you.
Anyway, I'm likely not going to be much help here, as most of the providers on your list seem to be local entities. I'd suggest avoiding Comcast like the plague. While they have very competitive attractive packages, they treat their customers like criminals. I've not heard anything bad about Earthlink, so my vote would go to them.
