It's Arch, I guess users know they are *expected* to understand, edit and
configure things.

So currently the solution that has my favor is :
- Install ruby-enterprise to /opt
- Write and explain the steps required to make it work with puppet in the
wiki.
- Maybe add a post-install message to inform the user.

PS : I'm trying to think about this issue from a global point of view. We
talk about ruby-enterprise here but it could be whatever software packaged
in a non standard way.
