Do agree with Brian. Banking Industry do care about updating themselves with security future and any related to security of the data. That required by the law.
But, Its does not mean Bank will adopt themselves with current technology as fast as any industry. They need mature and proven technology and widely support applications. and this information what how when who is always keep as secret to bank due to BAFIA. Even for ex banker like myself.
