Hi there, yo, repository.ops4j.org was one of the few files left and served from the decomissioned srv03.ops4j.org. Sorry, this should point to srv07.ops4j.orgthat is supposed to take over the repository.ops4j.org functions. Niclas is on it AFAIK but had problems recreating this repo, as he wrote in a mail some days ago.
The Bamboo instance (ci.ops4j.org) is sitting on srv05.ops4j.org and supposed to deploy artifacts to srv07. We will look into it ASAP!
