The server is up but the snapshot-repository referenced at various location on wiki.ops4j.org
http://repository.ops4j.org/mvn-snapshots/ isn't available. the snapshot repository at http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/ops4j-snapshots contains only peaberry.
