I also favor option 1 for exactly that reason.
If Neo wants to broaden their visibility with OPS4J - say, they have
REALLY an interest into this, not just the nerdy guys bouncing the
servers - then i can also think of option 2 of cause.

Would be great to have hudson up and running. Speaking of
infrastructure, do we think of hosting an artifact repository too
(Nexus).
This would also play nice with the hudson installment.

When it comes to computing resources and/or build agents, i would be
glad to also offer one of my okidokiteam machines, too.
Not as a primary server (too weak) but to offer another build-target flavor.
