I did merge the branch you provided the last time with the initial webroot issue. Since you branched of from a older version this is probably the reason why this can not be merged with the current version in master. Would it be possible for
you to upgrade to the latest version in the master branch?

which should be handled directly on this list, since that seems very
urgent if so...

I failed to add a commit which modifies the behaviour of the URL scanner, on 
the TOMOTON webroot branch.

Without the change, the war extender will work as normal, but bundle .wars with 
a Webapp-Root directive will not get picked up.

I have tested the behaviour of the war extender with regular bundle .wars and 
and rooted ones, and all seems in order, now.
